Grapes: Maria Gomes and Bical

Harvest Date: 26 August 2022

Vinification and Aging: The grapes were pressed whole-cluster without prior destemming. Fermentation was conducted utilizing indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, without temperature control. The wine underwent complete malolactic fermentation and was subsequently aged in a combination of stainless steel vats and 700L and 800L barrels.
