Grape Varieties: Encruzado (White), Vinhão (Red), and Alvadurão (White)

This wine represents a judicious blend of one red grape variety, Vinhão (also known as Sousão), and two white grape varieties, Encruzado and Alvadurão (also known as Síria).

The objective was to craft a Claret that would express the distinctive fruit eccentricity of Vinhão, balanced by the acidity and elegance imparted by the white varieties. Furthermore, the goal was to achieve a limited color intensity and a structure that provides sufficient versatility, allowing the wine to be enjoyed either independently or as an accompaniment to a meal.
